The Clinical Trials Unit and the Institute of Immunobiology, together with the administrative units and the associated clinical research groups, jointly form the Medical Research Centre at the Kantonsspital St. Gallen. We serve as an interface between clinical and basic research and support a broad range of research projects.

  • Tätigkeitsbericht 2022/2023

    Die Forscherinnen und Forscher am Kantonsspital St.Gallen sind vor allem in der translationalen Forschung und in der klinischen Forschung tätig. Dabei werden sie durch das Medizinische Forschungszentrum umfassend unterstützt. Das Medizinische Forschungszentrum schafft ein attraktives Forschungsumfeld zur Stärkung der akademischen Ausbildung in biomedizinischer, translationaler und klinischer Forschung am Kantonsspital St.Gallen. Im Tätigkeitsbericht des Medizinischen Forschungszentrums für die Jahre 2022/2023 wird die Entwicklung der Forschung am Kantonsspital St.Gallen anschaulich dargestellt. Die Begeisterung junger Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler für die biomedizinische, translationale und klinische Forschung belegt die Attraktivität des Kantonsspitals St.Gallen als universitäres Forschungsspital.
